Job Description

This role is for professionals to manage and optimize call center operations for a leading Dubai government client. Responsibilities include maintaining service excellence, monitoring operational performance, updating processes, and ensuring adherence to Dubai Government quality standards. The role requires technical knowledge of contact center systems and conducting regular audits to ensure effectiveness. This is a one-year contract, extendable based on performance.
