An interior Fit-Out Company is looking for an experienced Finishing Carpentry Foreman
Duties and responsibilities
- Minimum 5 years as finishing carpentry foreman
- Broad knowledge of all related material: Wood, steel, Aluminum, Brass, SS, Paints, Glass, Acrylic etc
- Expert in handling all carpentry machinery and tools
- Leading by example and perform carpentry works like the rest of the team
- Continuous training of workers to develop knowledge
- Maintain the highest safety and security standards at all times
- Planning, organizing, scheduling, supervising and inspecting the work at each stage of the production
- Ensuring highest quality of each and every item produced before delivery
- Accurate production matching specs, drawings and other blue prints
- Set material consumption procedures and monitor waste
- Implement and supervise material, tools requisition procedure
- Maintain the various machinery in good working condition
- Accurate documentation of good receiving and delivery of finished items (Delivery Notes)
- Handling personnel needs of all kinds
- Best coordination with Draftsmen, Designers, Site engineers and Project Managers

- Basic computer knowledge is essential
