We are looking for a skilled and dedicated CCTV Technician to join our team. As a CCTV Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of surveillance systems for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. The ideal candidate will have experience with various CCTV systems, strong technical abilities, and excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation & Setup: Install and configure CCTV cameras, D systems, and related security equipment for clients.
Maintenance & Support: Provide ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services for CCTV systems.
System Upgrades: Assist with system upgrades, including software updates and hardware replacements.
Technical Support: Offer remote and on-site technical support to clients for any system-related issues.
Site Evaluation: Assess customer premises to recommend optimal CCTV camera placement and system configuration.
Doentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, service calls, and inventory.
Customer Relations: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term business relationships.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a CCTV Technician or in a related field (security systems, electronics, etc.).
Proficiency in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting CCTV systems, including IP cameras, analog systems, and hybrid solutions.
Strong understanding of networking and IP-based security systems.
Ability to work with tools, including drills, testers, and hand tools for installation.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to surveillance and security.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with popular CCTV brands (e.g., Hikvision, Dahua, Bosch, Axis, etc.).
