Operate, monitor, and maintain chillers, cooling towers, pumps, and associated HVAC equipment
Ensure efficient and uninterrupted cooling operations as per building requirements
Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of chiller systems
Record operational data, log readings, and report abnormalities
Coordinate with maintenance teams and external service providers when required
Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures
Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergency situations
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Chiller Operator in high-rise buildings, hotels, or commercial towers
Technical qualification or I in HVAC, Mechanical, or Electrical field preferred
Good knowledge of water-cooled and air-cooled chiller systems
Ability to work in shifts and handle pressure situations
Basic communication skills and teamwork attitude
