The Role
We are hiring a female civil quantity surveyor.
Review the tender documents and enquiries to carry out the quantity take off.
Attend the pre-mid meeting and site visits.
Assist in preparing the comparison of submitted suppliers and subcontractors’ prices.
Coordinate with the other departments to fulfil the tender requirement.
Assist in preparing the tender commercial comparison, technical tender preparation and tender submittal.
Any other tasks as per the company & job requirement.
Identifies material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status.
Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities; resolving problems and budget preparation
Skills and Knowledge.
Minimum 3 years experience in construction company in UAE.
Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, and should have advanced MS Office skills
Decision making ability and leadership skills.
