•Check and review the project’s design plans, BOQ & specifications for the proper construction & quality implementation at job site, perform pre-inspection to ensure that all installed materials are within the standard in conformance to applicable drawings, specification & specific standards set by Client, perform monitoring and surveillance on site to control the quality of work being implemented by the construction group.
•Attend meetings with the Clie and ensure minutes are actioned in a timely manner.
•Ensure the full coordination with subcontract to develop proper shop drawings, material submittals, sampl, material delivery, considering the construction real sequence, and all other trades interface.
•Coordinate and solve site issues with the Client and Consultants.
•Monitor the development, coordination and approval of the shop drawin method statements and all necessary requirements for execution the works in site, considering the project's specifications.
•Conduct inspections for dry-lay, mock-up and samples prior to execution of any final stage activity.
•Review the technical drawings of specialist subcontractors
•Coordinating and guiding the sub-designers to meet the project's specific requirements.
•Monitor the progress of the works. Update Client through reports (daily, weekly and monthly report) in regard to project progre. In case of any delays, identify and report site issues, notify the Project Manager for appropriate action with the subcontractor.
•Raise Request for Information (RFIs) for engineering discrepancies and ambiguities as required. Ensure that any variations resulting from the RFIs which may have a cost and time impact on the project must be communicated to the Client for approval and to the contractor to implement the design changes, in accordance with the Contract Doents and procedures.
•Carry out inspection for Testing & Commissioning at the final stage.
- 5-10 years’ experience in high rise building construction, residenti villas or hotels
- Nationality: Any nationality
- Gender: Male
- Has Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering with attested education certificate.
- Candidate must be living and working in Abu Dhabi.
