We are looking for Site Civil engineer with minimum 5 years experience in Villa construction in Dubai, UAE. Must have a Valid driving Licence. Must have a valid SOE card and approved by DM. Trakhees card and DDA experience will be preferred.

Responsibilities:
Executing the work from scratch as per approved local authority drawings.
Making quantity estimation new projects tender.
Checking work at site with MEP subcontractor & AC subcontractor. Execution and supervision of all structural work that includes form work, reinforcement and concrete. Checking the quality of concrete strengths regarding the grade, 7 days test and 25 days test as per Dubai Municipality regulations.
Execution and supervision of the finishing works until final handover.
Able to estimate quantity of steel required, concrete and shuttering.
Maintain and control site daily with timely reports and inspections.
Comply with local guidelines and regulations including permits, safety and technical doents.
Supervise labor and subcontractors at site. Carry out all assigned responsibilities and any other related works as assigned by the superiors.
Coordinate with consultant engineers, interior designer, client and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
Preparing and submitting RFIs, submittals and reports to consultant as per technical requirements periodically and following up on those requests.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
-Must have DM approval for G+1
- Proven experience as a site engineer in UAE villa construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations of DM, DDA and Trakhees.
- Knowledge in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) will be beneficial.
- Excellent leadership, communication(reporting), and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to manage appointed construction resources and labour efficiently
-Able to use Microsoft office and Autocad.
