Civil - Finishing works:
Technical Execution — Interpret engineering drawings, technical doents; provide technical guidance to site teams.
Quality Control — Inspect materials, workmanship, and completed work; ensure adherence to procedures.
Progress Monitoring — Track project progress, prepare dai reports, and highlight delays or issues.
Site Measurements — Verify quantities, prepare measurement sheets, and assist in billing and cost control.
Health & Safety Compliance — Ensure all site activities follow safety regulations and company HSE policies.
Problem Solving — Identify site issues and propose practical engineering solutions.
Doentation — Maintain site records, inspection requests (IRs), material approvals (MARs), and other project doentation.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
3–7+ years of experience in site engineering (depending on project level)
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations (e.g., UAE standards if relevant)
Valid engineering license or society membership (advantage)
DM License G+1, G+2 or G+4 (Any one Required )
