We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Router Machine Operator to set up, program, and operate CNC router machines to cut, shape, and finish wood, plastics, metals, or other materials. The ideal candidate will ensure precise and efficient machining according to specifications and maintain a safe, organized work environment.
CNC Machine Operation: Proficient in setting up and running CNC router machines.
Programming Knowledge: Basic understanding of G-code or the ability to inp CNC programs.
Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files.
Tool Selection & Setup: Knowledge of selecting appropriate cutting tools and setting tool offsets.
Machine Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and basic troubleshooting.
Measurement Tools: Skilled in using calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and other measuring devices.
