•To ensure regulatory compliance within all departments of our organization.
•As a compliance analyst, duties will include functions across all subject matters like antibribe, competition, data privacy, international trade, human righ labour, economic sanctions, ethical business conduct.
•Flexibility is important as you will work across time zones and cultures.
•Researching industry compliance regulations and policies.
•Monitoring and implementation of compliance policies, procedures, and program aspects
•Design and delivery of compliance learning curriculum, content and delivery method
•Manage and maintain an effective, efficient compliance program and annual policy certification campaigns and identify process improvements
•Analysis of data, monitor metrics and preparation of reports
•Administer compliance systems like speakup, due diligence, data etc.
•Due diligence of third party, manage projects, contracts and third par relationships
•Management of communications calendar, create communications and awareness campaigns
•Responsible for handling intern queries
•Implementation of changes in compliance policies, programs and procedures
•Other such tasks, as needed
•Previous experience of atleast 2 years as a compliance analyst in a multinational company
•Data analytics and report building
•Knowledge of Project management & Risk assessment
•IT application administration or willingness to learn
