- Pre-impregnated Drape on different Molds.
- Ensures Composite Parts Compliance.
- Perform composite binding techniques to bind the honeycomb and pre-pregnated sheets.
- Prepare the vacuum process or infusion process (including dry fabric spray, tack-on according to specific patterns/ drawings).
- Wet laminate fabri or lay down pre-pregs or process resin infusion (including infusion injector machine operation).
- Carve details in plugs according to drawing (part numbers, end of part lines, control lines and other details).
- Verify parts tolerances and mechanical assembly clearances conforms to requirements and quality.
