URGENT: Position: Construction Manager (Civil)
Experience: 10+ years (U experience required)
Job Description:
As a Construction Manager, you will take the helm of our civil construction projects from inception to completion. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Project Leadership: Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure efficient execution and timely delivery.
• Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and project progress.
• Quality and Safety: Implement rigorous project controls to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards, fostering a culture of safety on-site.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify potential project risks and devise strategies to mitigate them, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Innovation: Drive innovation and best practices in construction methodologies to enhance project delivery and efficiency.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
