1.Assit project manager to arrange the site construction and resources allocation
2.Supervise subcontractor's site management, construciton organization,schedule arrangement and resources allocation,adjustfy subcontractor's wrong actions and make technical disclosure to them.
3.under the organization of project manager, arrange regular progress,cost analysis and take correction measures.
4.Responsible for solving the technical problems and improving construction statement.
5.Responsible for the recruitment,choosing and decruitment of foreign staff and for the daily management of foreign staff including labours(attendance and perfomance)
6.Improve all kinds of project site regulations.
1.Assist project manager to control project quality and follow Abu Dhabi Quality regulation, inspect construction quality and build up project quality management system.
2.Applicant shall have at least seven years working experience in UAE in the filed of Construction.
3.Be good at communication and coordination.
