The role focuses on managing project cost control, budgeting, financial reporting, and ensuring projects are delivered within approved budgets. The engineer will support commercial and financial management of construction projects, monitor costs, prepare forecasts, and assist with contractual support.

a. Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related discipline
b. Proven experience in cost control / project commercial management within construction
c. Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and cost reporting
d. Proficiency in MS Excel; ERP exposure is an advantage
e. Experience in UAE / GCC projects preferred (not mandatory)
