Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Cost Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the construction industry, and possess a deep understanding of cost control procedures and methods.
Salary will be discussed upon Interview.
Location: Jabil Ali Free Zone
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain cost control procedures and policies to ensure accurate and timely tracking of project costs
Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to create accurate project budgets and cost estimates
Monitor project expenditures against budget, and identify and report on variances
Provide recommendations for cost-saving measures and work with stakeholders to implement these measures
Ensure accurate and timely billing of clients, and monitor client payments
Prepare and present financial reports to management, and provide analysis and recommendations based on these reports
Conduct regular audits of project costs and financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in cost control, preferably in the construction industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and accuracy
