•Processing the Customs declarations via Dubai Trade portal.
•Communicating with Dubai Customs for follow up and queries.
•Reviewing commercial invoices, packing lists, BL's for any inaccuracy.
•Processing LGP, Gate passes ( for Freezone)
•Processing the FIRS, Health Certificate & CPIP on Dubai Municipality Portals.
•Applying Certificate of Origin & Arab league COOs via Dubai Chamber & Ministry of Economy Portals.
•Apply Duty Exemptions for the required industrial consignees.
•Apply SIRA, MOFA and other regulatory requirements based on the products.
•Monitor Exit Entry Certificates to ensure claim submission on time before expiry.
•Deposit claims are submitted and followed up for refund through Dubai Trade Portal.
•Ensure you have a good filing and safekeeping process of Customs Doents in line with local regulations.
•Knowledge in applying HS CODE from customs.
•Renewal / Registration of Importer and Exporter codes.
•Update tariff according to Customs rate and fee changes if any
•Expert in MS Excel, Pivot and V-look up
Requirements
•Experience of minimum 2 years working in freight forwarding industry specifically Customs operations.
•Bachelor’s degree is desirable.
•Must be customer service oriented and result driven.
•Good English communication skills.
•Good knowledge of Customs Procedures.
•Have good relations with Dubai Customs and Government Authorities.
•UAE Driving License
