Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, increase brand awareness, and boost conversions.
2. Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align digital campaigns with product launches, promotions, and seasonal trends.
3.Manage and grow the company’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.), engaging with followers, creating content, and running paid ad campaigns.
4.Develop a content calendar focused on lifestyle, design trends, customer stories, product highlights, and tile installation tips.
5. Design, create, and execute email campaigns to nurture leads, promote sales events, new arrivals, and product tips.
6.Segment email lists and personalize messages to improve engagement and conversion rates.
7.Write and manage blog content that educates and inspires customers on topics related to tile installation, design trends, home improvement tips, and more.
8.Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and email platform reports.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
2. 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within home improvement, interior design, or retail industries.
3.Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, Hootsuite, Canva).
4.Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
5.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Preferred Skills:
1.Experience with home improvement or interior design industries.
2.Graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) to assist in creating visual content.
