DIGITAL MARKETING-SEO & PPC SPECIALIST

We are a company establishing a strong marketing operations-support hub in Dubai. We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Marketing with a strong focus on SEO & PPC to drive performance-based digital campaigns and improve our online presence in the U.S. market.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full SEO strategy: on-page, off-page, technical SEO, link building, and keyword optimization
In-depth performance management of Google Ads, including budgeting, bidding, audience targeting, and conversion optimization
Oversee SEM Tools: Semrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs (advantage)
Optimize and manage WordPress website performance and structure
Conduct competitor analysis and define keyword priorities for U.S. region
Track, analyze and report campaign metrics and ROI performance
Collaborate with content, design and proposal teams to improve lead generation funnel
Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (search, display, and remarketing), including structure, bidding strategies, match types, negative keywords, and cost control.
Reduce CPL and CPA through continuous campaign testing, optimization, and performance tuning.
Oversee conversion-focused landing page optimization and CRO, including testing, UX optimization, and call-form lead improvement.
Manage and optimize WordPress site structure, speed, SEO plugins, and performance.
Implement GA4 tracking, conversion tracking, and call attribution to measure true ROI from campaigns.
Track, analyze, and report SEO and PPC performance metrics with actionable insights.
Work closely with proposal, design, and content teams to improve lead quality and funnel performance.
Qualifications
3+ years in SEO & PPC role (U.S. or Western market experience highly preferred)
2+ years experience with Semrush & Hubspot CRM
Proven track record in Google Ads conversion optimization & lead generation campaigns
Expert proficiency in: Semrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Tag Manager, WordPress SEO configurations & plug-ins
Strong understanding of U.S. search behavior and security-industry audiences (advantage)
Ability to work independently and deliver results under deadlines
Strong analytical, reporting and communication skills
Ability to work night shift (UAE time zone) aligned with Los Angeles operations.
