E-Commerce company looking for executive with experience in managing wordpress and Shopify management, social media and listing on marketplaces (Amazon, Noon....) and knowledge in order picking, packing and shipping.
Responsibilities May Include:
Manage e-commerce website
Post and manage social medias
List and manage marketplaces on amazon, noon, and other local market places
Taking and editing photos for listings
Manage and monitor incoming product in the Data Base and in person
Provide excellent customer satisfaction and follow up throughout the sale process
Maintain spreadsheets when needed
Process Invoices and customer service through Zoho one
Must have minimum 1 year experience in managing website and market places
Experience using Zoho One is a plus
Able to work on a deadline
Able to lift a weights
Must have strong technical and Internet skills
Must be able to read and understand the product information
Must be able to work independently
Web management is a must
Social Media Management
Must be able to attract buyers to listings using good descriptions and pictures
Basic math
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Graphic design is a plus
Ability to solve problems quickly and creatively
Exceptional attention to detail
Basic knowledge of HTML
Good time management skills
