HVAC Technician
We are looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC and air-conditioning systems while ensuring efficient and safe operation.
Key Responsibilities
-Install, maintain, service, and repair HVAC and air-conditioning systems.
-Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC equipment.
-Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on air-conditioning systems.
-Service and maintain split AC, package units, V, AHU, FCU, chillers, and other HVAC equipment.
-Check refrigerant levels, pressure, temperature, and system performance.
-Perform refrigerant charging, recovery, and leak detection as required.
-Inspect compressors, motors, fans, filters, thermostats, valves, and other components.
-Carry out electrical checks and troubleshoot control systems.
-Read and understand HVAC drawings, manuals, and technical specifications.
-Ensure HVAC systems operate efficiently and meet required performance standards.
-Replace defective components and carry out necessary repairs.
-Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and equipment condition.
-Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures.
-Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
-Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, electricians, and other technicians when required.

Requirements
-Diploma, or technical qualification in HVAC, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or a related field.
-[2–5] years of experience as an HVAC Technician.
-Good knowledge of HVAC installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
-Experience with split AC, package units, V, AHU, FCU, a chiller systems.
-Knowledge of refrigeration systems, compressors, refrigerants, and HVAC controls.
-Ability to use HVAC tools and testing instruments.
-Ability to read HVAC drawings and technical manuals.
-Knowledge of electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
-Good problem-solving and communication skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-U experience is an advantage.
