To support and supervise the activities of a team of IT professionals who design, implement, and maintain Enterprise Management Solutions.
Provides technical requirements input, costing information, and feasibility data to Proposal Teams.
Performs problem and task analysis and trending. Identifies improvement opportunities for process and technical service delivery areas internal and external to the immediate group.
Implements or works with team members to implement appropriate enhancements.
Identifies and communicates problems or potential failures and seek o effective resolution to reduce system downtime.
Responsible for second line problem resolution
Responsible for escalating problems to Vendor support
Makes proposals for improving the work of the team.
Provides input to the feasibility of designs. Plans and upgrades system designs as necessary.
Assists the team in the implementation of support systems to deliver a successful designed solution.
Functions as part of a team providing 24\[7 technical support cover.
Supports senior members with customer facing meetings by availing supporting data
Supports the transition of business into the group.
Develops an understanding of the business or operational impact of technology changes.
Updates technical designs and implement cost effective solutions where necessary
Maintains up to date records of systems architecture design and corresponding documentation.
