Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions.

Assist customers with order placement, recommendations, and troubleshooting issues.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
Investigate and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to appropriate departments when necessary.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and feedback in the CRM system.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolutions.
Stay informed about company policies, procedures, products, and industry trends to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute ideas to enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or degree preferred.
Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or a related field is advantageous.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact positively with customers and team members.
Empathy and patience in dealing with customer inquiries and concerns.
Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with CRM software or similar tools.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
