Job location: Abu Dhabi
We are looking for Female Office Admin / Cost Control with below requirements:
Requirements:
Ability to work and perform with minimum supervision.
With experience in “ADMIN, COST CONTROL works.
Can work under pressure.
Excellent Administrative.
Knowledgeable in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
Knowledge in monitoring and control project cost is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
Perform full time administrative support.
Perform secretarial works which include filing, typing, correspondence and other general administrative works being assigned from time to time.
Will be in charge of maintaining office operations through receiving and distributing communications; collecting and mailing correspondence
Managing the reception area, telephone inquiries, call logs and ensures proper doentation and data entry. Determine which are priority matters and alert the administration and executive accordingly.
Support staff in assigned project-based work and contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Manage calendars to schedule appointments (Book rooms, couriers, hotels etc.)
Arrange and coordinate online meetings.
Responsible for overall costing of the Construction Projects.
Maintain records of all purchasing information invoices, contracts and other related info.
Employees Payroll creation as per WPS.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
