We’re on the looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to growth of our new Cleaning Services Division.
Key Responsibilities:
•Identify, approach, and secure Commercial Cleaning Contracts in the UAE (Govt. & Private offices, Retail Stores, Residential buildings, Small Hotels, Hospitals, Clinics, Schools, Car Parks, Shopping Malls, etc.)
•Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
•Develop proposals, quotations, and service agreements in line with company offerings.
•Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
•Work closely with management to meet and exceed sales targets.
What We’re Looking For:
•2+ years of B2B sales experience in facility management, cleaning, or related services (UAE experience).
•A hunter mindset—you love prospecting, networking, and closing deals.
•Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
•Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
•Fluent in English and Arabic or Hindi.
