We are looking for a skilled Stock Manager to manage our parts stock. You will be responsible for ensuring the functionality and reliability of our whole stock of parts.
You will maintain product inventories through our computer system . You are also responsible for receiving shipments and checking all quality requirements met and parts are in conformity wit CoC, FAI and all other quality documents .
You will prepare the purchase orders, receiving , storing, issuing the goods, managing the stock levels and giving out the supplies from the stock.
Responcibilities
Organize stocks
Inspect received parts and check against FAI and CoC
Reject and manage nonconformities
Enter and manage stock on the computer system
Trigger orders when necessary or when stock is below limit
Keep logs of work and report on issues
Excellent knowledge of electrical and other systems and other components
Understand Part Numbers , FAI , CoC, QN and relative ISO procedures
Ability to follow established procedures and practices , red instruction , blueprints etc.
A strong commitment to all health and safety guidelines.
A problem solving ability
Aware of ISO 9000/9100 QA system.
