Fire Safety Management administration position shall be responsible for:
• Setting up and running an effective Fire Safety Management data base
• Provide professional weekly and monthly reports with dashboard
• Organizing and scheduling relevant Inspection, maintenance and collection schedules
• Receiving Fire Safety Engineer reports and
• Inputting key information into Fire Safety Management database
• Manages interpretation of data and trends
• Manages tracking of overdue items and action tracking
• Ensures relevant certifications are held on file
- Competent in Microsoft application to expert level
- Proficient in English and Arabic
- Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrate capability in setting up and running an effective data base
- Organise and schedule maintenance and collection schedules
- Receives reports and inputs key information into database
- Manages interpretation of data and trends Tracking overdue items and Action tracking
