A Bachelors degree in Food Technology ,Food Science,Microbiology or related field and a minimum 1 year of Experience is a must.
Salary 2000 to 5000 AED plus food and accommodation.

* Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
* Minimum *2 years of experience* in quality control within the food manufacturing industry.
* Experience with *pulses, spices, flour, or other dry food products* is preferred.
* Knowledge of *HACCP, GMP, food safety standards, and quality management systems*.
* Strong attention to detail and good doentation skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report preparation.
* Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with production teams.
Preferred Qualification
* UAE food manufacturing experience.
* Familiarity with moisture testing, sampling procedures, and product quality evaluation.
* Understanding of warehouse hygiene and contamination prevention.
