We are looking for skilled Masons, Carpenters, and an experienced Civil Foreman to join our growing construction team. The successful candidates will play vital roles in ensuring the quality and efficiency of construction of villa projects, while adhering to safety standards.
MASON FOREMAN
Perform all aspects of masonry work, including laying bricks, blocks, and stone.
Repair and maintain existing structures and surfaces.
Ensure accuracy and structural integrity in line with construction plans.
Mix and apply mortar and concrete, working closely with other site workers.
CARPENTER FOREMAN.
Measure, cut, and assemble wooden structures and frameworks.
Install doors, windows, partitions, and other wooden fixtures.
Inspect work areas to ensure accuracy and alignment.
CIVIL FOREMAN.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely project completion.
Oversee daily activities of site workers, including masons and carpenters.
Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
Manage project timelines, resources, and material deliveries.
FOOD ALLOWANCE , ACCOMMODATION AND TRANSPORTATION WILL BE PROVIDED.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as foreman.
Proven leadership and team management experience.
Knowledge of various materials (bricks, blocks, concrete) and masonry techniques.
Proficiency in using tools such as saws, drills, and measuring instruments.
In-depth knowledge of construction processes and safety protocols.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Available to join immediately.
Candidate must be in UAE.
