1. Secondary Market Sales Specialist
2. Property Manager
3. Off-plan sales specialist
Applicant Profile
- European, Russian, Chinese, and Arabic nationalities can apply.
- Prior Experience in Real Estate is mandatory.
- Area specialization is preferable.
Responsibilities
-Targeted conversions on constant qualified leads provided by the company
-Show properties to potential buyers and renters.
-Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
-Prepare loyalty contracts, and purchase agreements.
-Rental agreements, deeds, and other documents for each real estate transaction.
-Maintain knowledge as per market trends.
We will provide the right candidates with excellent exposure on multiple property portals, training, leads, and constant support to help you grow and maximize your potential.
A driving license and RERA Certificate are advantageous to your application.
