Required Skills and Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in B-Arch / Civil Engineering
•4 – 5 years professional experience in interior fitout works (UAE), with a focus on project management
•Proven experience working with clients to develop creative solutions that meet their needs and budget
•Ability to create detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings
•Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
•Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
•UAE driving license is mandatory.

Duties & Responsibilities
•Meeting with clients to discuss their needs and preferences in detail, including any special considerations or concerns
•Managing materials and labor costs to ensure that projects stay within budget guidelines
•Reviewing bids from subcontractors to ensure they are reasonable in price and scope of work offered
•Working with architects to coordinate design details with construction plans
•Preparing progress reports for clients on a regular basis throughout the duration of the project
•Manage day-to-day operations of the project site, including on-site staff and subcontractors
•Select and specify all materials and finishes to be used in the project
•Conduct quality control inspections throughout the project to ensure that all work meets the required standards
