Responsibilities:
Greet customers with a welcoming and friendly attitude.
Assist customers in finding products, providing information, and making purchasing decisions.
Showcase and demonstrate products to highlight features and benefits.
Provide recommendations and suggestions based on customer preferences and needs.
Process customer transactions, including cash, credit card, and digital payments.
Maintain accurate pricing and product information displays.
Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and well-stocked.
Restock shelves and merchandise products as needed.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.
Participate in sales promotions, events, and product launches.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic math skills for processing payments and providing accurate change.
