We are looking for a friendly and professional Hotel Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests, handling reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and provide a warm and hospitable reception.
Assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
Handle inquiries and provide information about hotel facilities and services.
Manage and process payments and invoices accurately.
Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Follow all hotel policies and procedures
Salary: 2500 AED - 3000 AED (Monthly)
