We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Hotel Supervisor to oversee daily hotel operations and ensure high standards of guest service, cleanliness, and staff performance. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily hotel operations and assigned departments
Ensure excellent guest service and handle guest complaints professionally
Monitor staff performance, attendance, and discipline
Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, and F&B teams
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety, and hygiene standards
Train, guide, and motivate hotel staff
Prepare daily reports and assist management when required
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Hotel Supervisor or similar role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Good knowledge of hotel operations and customer service standards
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Basic computer and reporting skills
HACCP or hospitality-related certification is an advantage
