Job Description: • Installing, commissioning, servicing, operation and maintaining of air conditioning equipment.
•Troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair of air conditioning equipment (electrical and mechanical).
•Providing customer support, educating the client on how to operate and maintain their air conditioning equipment.
•Attending / Handling customer complaints in a Professional manner.
•Build and maintain professional cordial relation with customers.
•Providing technical support, guidance and on the job training to junior technicians.
Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) in a timely manner.
•Real time maintenance of system transactions and records.
•Driving service pick up is a plus.
•Reporting with effective communication written & verbal. Qualification:Education: ITI - 2 years ( R & AC or equivalent ) , Diploma / Mechanical or Electrical
Intermediate or Graduate.Experience: 8 to 10 years of experience as a technician in the GCC, out of which at least 3 years as a senior technician or above.Skills: •Understands the basics principles of HVAC systems. Good Technical & working knowledge of refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
•Strong analytical and diagnostic capabilities.
•Good Trouble shooting skills.
•Adapt in the use of modern tools and measuring equipment.
•Ability to Read and understand service manuals, wiring diagrams, schematic diagrams, HVAC drawings, etc.
•Good knowledge and familiarity with safety standards and procedures.
•Good knowledge and familiarity with basic computer systems and programs.
•Excellent customer orientation. Well groomed and presentable.
•Good command over written and spoken English. Arabic is an added advantage.
•Result oriented, committed, efficient, honest, goal driven, team player.
•Good time management skills.
•Willingness to work flexible hours, after hours, holidays, weekends whenever required.
