Voltech Group is hiring an experienced Witness Engineer – GIS Substation Testing & Commissioning for a long-term project in Bahrain. The selected candidate will witness and supervise GIS substation testing and commissioning activities, verify compliance with project specifications and IEC standards, oversee testing of GIS substations, protection relays, control panels, SAS, and SCADA systems, conduct primary and secondary injection testing, inspect circuit breakers, CTs, V, disconnectors, and earth switches, prepare commissioning reports, resolve technical issues, and ensure safe and successful project execution.

a. Bachelor's Degree (B.E.) in Electrical Engineering.
b. Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in GIS Substation Testing & Commissioning.
c. Strong experience with GIS substations.
d. Expertise in protection relays, control panels, SAS, and SCADA systems.
e. Hands-on experience in primary and secondary injection testing.
f. Knowledge of circuit breakers, CTs, V, disconnectors, and earth switches.
g. Strong understanding of IEC standards and commissioning procedures.
