Well pharma Medical Solutions, A leading Pharmaceutical manufacturing company in Abu Dhabi is looking for In Process Quality Assurance Officer. (Preferred Male Candidates, Who can join immediately)
Qualification : Bachelors /Master’s degree in pharmacy
Experience : Minimum 01 year as QA Officer in a pharmaceutical manufacturing Company.
The selected candidate is responsible for
Preparation and revision and approval of new batch records (BMR /BPR), SOP, Apex documents.
Provide the line clearance for Preparation, filling, overlapping, autoclave and packing.
To do sampling of In –Process bulk and finished product.
To do the IPC for filling, Overwrapping and packaging.
To perform daily checks on inspection line for the compliance of procedure.
To prepare Certificate of analysis (COA) for Finished Product, Packing Material and Raw material.
To track and issue released labels for the batches (Finished Product) and Raw or Packaging Material.
Review of QC and micro reports for Semi finished products, Raw materials or packaging materials and Batch Release.
To track SOPs due for review and distribute it to respective departments.
To raise the request for Bar-coding / repacking /QR coding and verify the bar-coding process.
Issuance of repacking form and its review.
Preparations /revision of SOPs and issuance and review of deviation and Change Control.
To review and compile the batch records after the completion of the batch
To record and maintain all logbooks in QA Department. i.e,
To prepare and assist QMS documents preparation and closure(ie.,deviation, self-inspection and training)
To prepare, review and approval of water and EM trends.
To supervise the production,engineering,QC Packing -daily activity
To review all GMP document, preview of compliance.
