Key Responsibilities:
1. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products and services, highlighting features and benefits.
2. Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
3. Effectively close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
4. Process transactions accurately using our POS system and handle cash transactions as needed.
5. Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
6. Build and maintain relationships with customers to foster repeat business and customer loyalty

Requirements and Skills:
1. Proven experience in indoor sales or retail sales, preferably in Dubai (minimum 2 years).
2. Seeking candidates with experience in interior Design Companies or in Tile Industry
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
4. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer inquiries effectively.
5. Knowledge of basic computer applications and familiarity with POS systems.
6. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or customer service is a plus.
Preferred qualification:
1. Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
2. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating positive customer experiences.

4. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently. Understanding of sales performance metrics.
