Job Title: Interior Site Engineer
Location: Behind OASIS Centre - Al Quoz 3, Dubai

The Interior Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing on-site activities related to interior fit-out works, ensuring quality execution, adherence to design specifications, and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
•Supervise and coordinate all interior site activities including civil, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works.
•Ensure all works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
•Coordinate with project managers, designers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth site progress.
•Monitor work progress, prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
•Check materials and workmanship to maintain quality control at the site.
•Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
•Manage site workforce and resolve technical issues during project execution.
•Assist in quantity estimation and material requirement planning.
•Conduct inspections and ensure snag-free project handover.
Qualifications and Skills:
•Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil / Interior Design / Architecture or equivalent.
•Minimum 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects.
•Strong knowledge of interior finishing materials and execution processes.
•Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and reading technical drawings.
•Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
•Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Experience:
•Experience in commercial, residential, or hospitality interior projects.
•Exposure to joinery and MEP coordination.
