Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, and closing sales through phone and email, and other online channels.
Key Responsibilities
•Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound calls and emails.
•Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales.
•Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
•Prepare and send quotations and follow up to close deals.
•Prepare and send purchase orders and follow up on order acknowledgement.
•Prepare Invoice and Delivery notes.
•Coordinate delivery of orders.
•Maintain files and update timely records of all inquiries and orders.
•Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
•Update and manage customer information.
•Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field (preferred)
•Diploma holders with strong sales experience may also qualify.
•1–3 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
•Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
•Ability to work in a target-driven environment
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
•Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
•Target-driven and self-motivated
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•Positive attitude and resilience under pressure
•Strong problem-solving mindset
