A leading Candle Production & Distribution Company in UAE is looking for a meticulous Inventory Controller & Candle Production Assistant. You will be responsible to manage the inventory for our company. In this role, you will be required to coordinate orders and deliveries, perform regular inventory audits and forecast the supply and demand requirements to ensure consistent stocks in office and
Responsibilities:
• Monitoring inventory levels and replenishing stock as needed at all our retail outlets.
• Following all inventory control systems and practices as per Company’s guidelines
• Coordinating the Sales & Candle studio team for all products stock transfers, deliveries, tagging, and processing.
• Planning supply and demand requirements to ensure stock availability.
• Tracking inbound and outbound orders to prevent overstocking and out-of-stock (OOS).
• Performing regular stock checks and reporting any issues to the Operations Head.
• Maintaining and updating records of purchase orders, pricing reports, and inventory records.
• Assisting Candle studio team in the candle making, labeling & packaging process.
• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly stock report
Salary: AED 4,000 (all inclusive),

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, business administration, or similar preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, warehousing, logistics, or similar.
• Exceptional understanding of inventory management practices
• Good analytical and logistical thinking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• UAE Driving License will be an added advantage
