Candidate should be capable to handle a high volume of repairs on a working day. • As a Technician of Smartphones and Laptops, You will be responsible for Mobile Phone repairing in All kind of mobi repairing, Apple iPhone, Samsung, Huawei, Lenovo, HTC, etc.
• Expertise in Fault Diagnosis / Estimation LCD Panel, LED Glass Replacement, PCB Motherboard Chip Level, Parts Replacement, Charging Jack, Speakers / MIC Replacement, Touch Panel Fixing, Battery repairi, Casi Change, Charging Jack, Charging Issues, Wi-Fi and Other matters can be fixed.
• You'll make sure goods and services are produced efficiently and that the correct amount is produced at the right cost and level of quality.
• Perform to determine faults with the devices and accordingly, perform repairs.
• Maintain daily reports to keep a track of repairs, information about spare parts sourced.
• Create testing and repair guides for new produc. Procurement of spare parts from the market to repair devices.
• Dismantle old electronic devices for OEM parts. Debugging the circuits using Schematics and board layouts.
• This is not an exhaustive list of all duties and responsibilities and you may be required to work on additional tas from time to time as deemed by the company. Handling HOT-AIR Blowers, for replacing BGA and SMD's components.
• Microchips and passive components by using a hot air blower and soldering station. Doing Rebelling for CPU, Flash, and PMU by using Alpha flux with Hot Air Gun Blowers.
• Installed and have run through different software and various tools such as Repair tool and FWT Configuration tool and PST tool for mobile phones, Flash tool for mobiles as well as Write ESN, MEID and IMEI.
• Upgrading software's and NV Parameters writing for EV-DO Data cards. Maintaining ESD Precautions and 5's procedure efficiently. Handling and preservation of customer property effectively.
Skills & Requirements:
• Candidate with High school or equivalent Diplo in L1, L2 and L3 Repairs from a reputed Institute can apply.
• Prior experience in repairing smartphones, tablets, iPods, and Laptops.
• Must possess good communication skills (English) in order to comprehend repair manuals, videos and update documentation.
• Testing and troubleshooting skills to identify faults down to the component level.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of all available tools and equipment in the work area and how they are operated.
• Ability to work well with others in a small, close-knit team.
• Basic computer operating skills.
