Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Laptop Repair Technician with expertise in motherboard diagnostics, chip-level repairs, and professional use of repair tools. The ideal candidate should be capable of troubleshooting and fixing complex hardware issues, including circuit-level failures, while maintaining excellent technical precision.
Key Responsibilities:
•Diagnose and repair laptop hardware issues, including motherboard faults and circuit-level malfunctions.
•Perform chip-level soldering, component replacement, and advanced troubleshooting of laptop motherboards.
•Utilize repair tools such as Automatic BGA Machine, Polarisation Machine, Battery boosting Machine, oscilloscopes, multimeters, soldering stations, and reflow machines for component-level fixes.
•Identify and resolve power-related, display, and connectivity issues in laptop systems.
•Maintain accurate repair records and ensure high-quality service standards.
•Work with BIOS programming and troubleshooting embedded systems for laptop performance optimization.
•Stay updated with latest advancements in laptop technology and repair techniques.
Qualifications:
•Proven experience in laptop repair with expertise in motherboard and chip-level troubleshooting.
•Strong knowledge of electronic components, circuit diagrams, and repair tools.
•Hands-on experience with soldering, desoldering, and micro-soldering techniques.
•Ability to diagnose and repair laptops efficiently using professional tools.
•Understanding of BIOS programming, BGA reballing, and SMD repairs is a plus.
•Certifications in electronics repair or computer hardware servicing are advantageous.
