1. Assist office staff and engineers to their IT related concerns
2. Assist General Manager for his related concerns
3. Maintaining and monitoring server to ensure connection stability
4. Report any internet ISP connection problem
5. Download and install staff requested application
6. Maintain and repair printers ,pc, CCTV, biometrics and face recognition door lock
7. Update and edit the company website, the domain and c-panel
8. Update PC software application
9. Do Photoshop, video editing as required and do updating for the social media accounts
(HR)
1. Filing of employees documents printed and soft copy and any other related documents to HR
2. Assist reception for answering incoming calls
3. Report and renew any company data expiration
4. Prepare company documents for any renewal requirements
5. Check and reply company emails related to HR
6. Responsible for the Health insurance renewal, addition and deletion
7. Update and monitor store inventory
8. Monitor and report visa and passport expiration
9. Assist any employees request related to HR such as but not limited to, annual leave, annual salary leave, sick leave, etc.
10. Sending email for holiday announcement
11. Responsible in reminding the General Manager for vehicle registration expiration
12. Searching for applicants on hiring position
13. Fill-in the reception and do reception’s duties when the receptionist is not present
Qualification:
1. Graduate of IT course
2. Immediate joining is required
3. Freshers are encourage to apply
