Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven IT Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As an IT Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving the sales of our diverse portfolio of IT infrastructure solutions. Your primary focus will be to identify new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and exceed sales targets by promoting our range of access control, CCTV, network infrastructure, wireless solutions, cloud services, and hardware products.
Responsibilities:
Business Development: Research and identify potential clients in various industries to generate new business opportunities for our IT infrastructure solutions.
Solution Presentations: Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the value and benefits of our access control, CCTV, network infrastructure, wireless solutions, cloud services, laptops, desktops, servers, and other hardware products.
Consultative Selling: Adopt a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs thoroughly. Recommend tailored IT infrastructure solutions that address their specific requirements and objectives.
Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their IT infrastructure needs and challenges, providing appropriate solutions to meet their demands.
Sales Targets: Set ambitious sales targets and consistently strive to meet or exceed them, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies related to access control, CCTV, network infrastructure, wireless solutions, cloud services, and hardware products.
Proposal Development: Prepare detailed proposals and quotations, ensuring accurate pricing and commercially viable agreements for customers.
Sales Negotiation: Engage in effective negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable contract terms and securing long-term business partnerships.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team, technical experts, and other departments to deliver integrated IT infrastructure solutions and provide a seamless customer experience.
Sales Reporting: Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, opportunities, and progress using our CRM system. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
Requirements:
