Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy IT Support Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day technical support tasks, coordinating IT-related issues, and ensuring seamless operations across the organization’s technology infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line technical support to employees and departments.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Maintain IT support tickets and follow up on resolutions.
Coordinate with external vendors for specialized support.
Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems.
Ensure data security and backup procedures are followed
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in IT support or coordination.
Good knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and networking.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
