Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Draftsman at OnyxLine Building Contracting LLC in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Draftsman will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for interior design projects, collaborating with architects and engineers, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
*Qualifications*
•Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software
•Strong attention to detail and accuracy in technical drawings
•Knowledge of construction techniques and materials
•Ability to collaborate effectively with architects and engineers
•Experience in Interior FitOut and Joinery industry is preferred
•Knowledge of building and construction codes and standards
•Experience in authorities' submissions (DM,DCD,DDA,Trakhees…)
•Excellent communication and organizational skills
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines
•Degree or certification in Drafting, Architecture, or related field
