Duties And Responsibilities
1) Quotations
a) Reading & replying to the queries received direct from the clients / trading division. in form of drawing, specs & BOQ
b) Answering to the enquiries by watsapp & tele-conversation.
c) Attending walk-in Customers from Project and also from the Trading division.
d) Pricing & Explaini our Products to the client in order to make up their mind and confirm the order.
e) Glass / mirror sheets optimization before quoting to the client.
2) Procuring
a) Enquiring the price and availability with Local suppliers for the Gla / SS materials to order for the Job orders of on-going Projects.
b) Comparing the prices & Preparing purchase request for issuance of the LPO.
c) Following up for the delivery for the above said purchases.
3) Letters / Material Submittals for Projects
a) Writing letters to the Clients in regards to the issues related to the site conditions.
b) Preparing material submittal documents & sample board for the Clients for their approval.
Requirements
Degree holder in any course
With 2-3 years working experience in glass industries, building & architectural application.
