The Padel Junior Coach animate and conduct sports activity within the club. He ensures an outstanding guest’s experience, recommend training programs and promote additional enrollment.
PADEL ANIMATION
• Create a dynamic, warm, welcome and a friendly atmosphere and encourage guests to join the sports activities.
• Animate and supervise various sport group games within the club.
• Collaborate with Padel Coach to assist beginner or young students in learning and remembering the rules of the game.
• Recommend students on suitable training programs to enhance their padel skills.
• Assist and participate in events organized in collaboration with the Customer happiness team (event, tournament, activation, etc…) in line with Head Coach’s plans.
• Conduct racket games combining padel and tennis for junior students.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
• Welcome and greet customers in a friendly manner.
• Assist customers through their booking and guide them around the club facilities.
• Informe clients about the app and membership packages content and benefits.
• Answer & follow up on customers and prospective clients queries through various channels (e-mail, WhatsApp, Facebook, phone etc…)
• Build healthy relationships to effectively support to all staff and customers.
SALES
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales services and advises.
• Recommend products and various training programs sales that matches student’s needs.
• Maintain outstanding club condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Receive, control and store products shipments.
• Recommend and display items that match customer needs.
• Stay updated about product and services information and accurately describe features and benefits.
• Manage point-of-sale processes.
• Generate products and services sales to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
PERSONALITY
• Good communicator, pleasant and friendly personality.
• Creative with a “Can-do” attitude.
• Team Player
SKILLS
• Customer service oriented.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Advance sport level with padel or tennis knowledge
• Fluent in English.
• Arabic OR Russian language highly preferred, or any European language on a native level.
EXPERIENCE
• Good Padel player on a personal level A experienced Spor Trainer.
• Sales OR Event OR Customer service OR Hospitality experience (1 year)
WOULD BE A GREAT ADVANTAGE
• Startup experience.
• Sport Club Management OR Event experience.
• Padel player in Spain or Latin America.
• Experience or certification as Tennis coach A Padel Coach
