Job description
We are looking forward to hire a Junior Planning Engineer to join our dynamic Engineering Team. Perform project planning, monitoring and tracking Set work program and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan. Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule and advise project management. Project resource allocation and tracking Monitor day to day work progress and prepare the weekly and monthly program and report. Maintain and record update of site work progress obtained from Project Manager. Prepares monthly report reflecting work progress summary. Report to the Project Manager about the current work progress and make comparison between plan and actual progress and study impact of alternative approaches to work. Participate in project meetings and discussions with the Client as required.

Desired Candidate profile:
Must be a Graduate Engineer – preferably Electrical
More than Five to Eight (5 to 8) years of relevant experience
Fully conversant with planning software Primavera P6 and MS Project must be a superuser
Fully conversant with MS Office package specifically in MS Excels
Able to prepare workforce histogram with crafts required for the full span of work
Able to prepare progress measurement and reporting templates and implement the same for the reporting
