Junior Sales Engineer (Cast Aluminum & Steel Works)

We are a specialized Manufacturing company focused on high-quality cast aluminum and steel products, delivering customized solutions to Contractors, Consultants, Developers and Private Owners. We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Engineer to join our growing team.
Job Summary:
The Junior Sales Engineer will support the sales team in promoting and selling cast aluminum and steel products. This role combines technical understanding with sales skills to provide clients with tailored solutions, build relationships, and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
•Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities
•Support senior sales engineers in client meetings and presentations
•Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable casting solutions
•Prepare technical and commercial proposa
•Follow up on leads, inquiries, and submitted quotations
•Coordinate with engineering and production teams to ensure accurate project execution
•Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction
•Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities
•Maintain CRM records and sales reports
Qualifications & Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or related field
•0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
•Basic knowledge of metal casting processes (aluminum & steel) is a plus
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications
•Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
•Willingness to travel for client visits (if required)
